Spencer Yohn serves as Chief Operating Officer at Sallee, bringing more than 15 years of experience in residential construction and development. A graduate of Pittsburg State University with a degree in Construction Management, Spencer has played a key role in delivering over 3,000 homes across the Kansas City metro.
As COO, he oversees all phases of development, including site selection, due diligence, financial evaluation, and construction operations through completion. He also provides executive oversight of the company’s third-party partners, ensuring strong performance across the portfolio.
