Rebecca Hill, Chief Financial Officer, brings with her years of experience in the industry. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from St. Mary’s University and an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas before joining a career in public accounting. She joined Trammel Crow Company in 2005 as an office broker. In 2007, Hill then became a controller at NAI Capital Realty. In the coming years, Hill would take on her first CFO role at Briarcliff Development Company in 2009. She also served in a CFO position at NRES Holdings, LLC and KC Venture Group, LLC and Mission Peak Capital. Hill is a Certified Public Accountant and holds real estate brokerage licenses in Kansas and Missouri. She is a member of the Kansas Society of CPAs and Financial Executives International, and a past Chair of the Clay County Economic Development Council. In 2023, she was honored as one of the Kansas City Business Journal’s CFO of the Year award recipients. Rebecca’s will bring valuable experience and talents and is an integral part of the development and overall financial strategy to Sallee.
