Mike Kellam

Mike Kellam serves as Executive Vice President – Business Development at Sallee Development, where he provides strategic leadership across business development, operations, and long-term growth initiatives. With more than 20 years of management experience and over 15 years in executive leadership roles, Mike brings deep expertise in corporate growth strategy, financial and operational analysis, economic development, and strategic planning. In his role, he leads efforts to enhance operational performance, identify new market opportunities, strengthen client and partner relationships, and drive revenue and physical growth across the organization. He works closely with ownership and the leadership team to advance Sallee’s market presence while actively representing the company within industry and community organizations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science from Missouri Western State University and was recognized as a 2024 Kansas City Business Journal NextGen Leader.
