Flint Trails is our new 28-acre build-for-rent community in Gardner, KS. Flint Trails Townhomes will feature 264 units, including 42 four-plex buildings (168 units) and 16 six-plex buildings (96 units), all located within the Gardner School District. The community will offer maintenance-provided living, pet-friendly policies, and a range of amenities, including pool, a clubhouse, a playground, a sports court, a dog park, and green space.
Onsite management will also be available to ensure a seamless living experience for residents. Under development in 2026 and construction beginning in early 2027. We expect our first townhomes available in Summer 2027.
