Randy Ramos

Randy Ramos serves as Director of Construction at Sallee Development, bringing over 25 years of industry experience and a well-rounded background across both national homebuilders and local construction operations. Originally from the west metro area of Houston, Texas, Randy earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Supervision with a manufacturing emphasis from the University of Houston. He began his career as a carpenter while attending college, later advancing into a management role with Ryland Homes in their Twin Cities division as part of a formal training program. Throughout his career, Randy has developed a reputation for strong leadership, operational efficiency, and quality execution. In his role at Sallee, he’ll provide leadership and oversight of construction operations from development and preconstruction handoff to project completion, ensuring a streamlined process.  He’ll work with the construction team to drive efficient deliveries, prioritize jobsite safety and deliver quality homes across our communities.
