Sallee Secures $6.1 Million Financing for Phase II of Barry West

Sallee is proud to announce the successful closing of $6.1 million in financing with North American Savings Bank for the horizontal development of Phase II at Barry West, our flagship build-to-rent community located in Kansas City’s Northland.

With a total projected investment of approximately $95 million, Barry West is set to become the largest build-to-rent community in Kansas City upon completion. The development will feature 364 thoughtfully designed townhome units offering a mix of two-story and ranch-style floorplans along the rapidly growing Barry Road corridor.

Phase II financing marks another major milestone in the continued growth and momentum of the community. Barry West was designed to meet the increasing demand for high-quality rental housing that combines the privacy and comfort of a home with the convenience and flexibility of rental living.
