Karen joined Sallee in January of 2014. Graduating from the University of Kansas in 1991, she began her career in Elementary Education. After raising her kids through their adolescent years, Karen joined the real estate business in 2004 as a licensed realtor. It wasnt until 2006 that Karen discovered her passion for new homes and joined the new home construction industry. She has worked in the new home construction business since then assisting builders and clients with the details leading up to building the home of their dreams. Karen obtained her brokers license in 2015 and is the current broker for Sallee Realty. She helps manage real estate agents and processes in all Sallee Development subdivisions.

John moved to Raymore in 1971 and still lives in the area. He joined the air force in 1986 and served 23 great years there. In 2008 he decided to take a civilian job in direct support of the AF and stayed on until 2014. In the fall of that same year he went back to school to become a licensed realtor, and truly enjoys it. John has experience in new home building, home remodeling projects, new homes and resales. John's primary focus is to provide his clients market knowledge to better help them in the purchase or sale of their home. John is licensed in Kansas and Missouri so he is available to assist on either side of the state line. In his spare time he enjoys supporting his brother in his small coffee business, some traveling, spending time with family and friends. John is a very strong advocate in the fight against cancer through diet and education.

Alex's passion for real estate started at a young age and it has continued to be a driving force for me both personally and professionally. Before joining the Howell Home Sales team, he worked as an agent and personal investor. From renting to flipping homes to helping his clients sell or purchase their homes, he has been lucky to work with some incredible individuals. He is excited to continue his sales path in working with his brother, Danny and the Howell Home Sales team.

He currently lives in Blue Springs with his wife Nikki and his sons Connor and Archer. He has two entertaining dogs, Brett and Weston. He attended the University of Missouri and he has lived in various areas of Kansas City from the Riverside in the northland, to Raymore in the South and now farther East in Blue Springs. He feels lucky to have been able to see so much of what Kansas City has to offer.

When working with clients his goal is to create a friendship, in what is normally a transaction-oriented business. He looks forward to being a part of the Howell Home Sales team and utilizing all their strengths to get the best results possible.

Sarah strives to be relationship oriented in all areas of her life. Out of college she began a career in Human Resources as a manager. Later she was privileged to raise their four boys with her husband Jason, in Northern Cass County where she has been a life long resident.

She began her career in real estate in 2014 and is able to use many of the same skills she acquired in HR management and as a mom towards her life as a Realtor: relationship building, negotiating, project management and networking to name a few. She loves working with her clients whether buying, seliing, building or investing. Getting to know them and their needs, as well as guiding them through sometimes difficult but always exciting process of purchasing and selling property is a true pleasure for her.

Jessica is the newest member of the Sallee Realty team but hardly wasting any time jumping into the new home sales market in Parkway Estates. 

After many years assisting in real estate and construction law as a paralegal, Jessica obtained her license and has grown her network throughout the Kansas City Metro area. She has worked over ten years in the real estate market and enjoys assisting families find their new home or sell their current home.
